Twice Upon a Time: When Doctors collide, TARDISes confuse and insults fly …

Classic Dungeons & Dragons back in print! - Available now @ Dungeon Masters Guild

In this clip from “Twice Upon a Time,” the Doctor Who Christmas Day special, the First Doctor (David Bradley) and the Captain (Mark Gatiss) both get a surprise when they walk into the TARDIS — but for different reasons.

The Doctor realizes quickly it’s not his time capsule but rather the Twelfth Doctor’s he’s walked into — and it’s a far cry from his roundeled white console room.

The Captain has the usual awed and slack-jawed “bigger on the inside” response to entering the TARDIS, but also has to contend with a disturbing revelation (or II) when the Twelfth Doctor (Peter Capaldi) slips up and refers to his Great War as “World War I.”

“Twice Upon A Time” will also feature Pearl Mackie as Bill Potts and should introduce Jodie Whittaker as the Thirteenth Doctor.

Modern Doctor Who’s 11th season will begin next fall (2018) and, in addition to Whittaker, stars Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill as well as Sharon D. Clarke.
