What happens when the Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison, and the Tenth Doctor, David Tennant, get together around the holidays?
A photo shared on Twitter by Georgia Tennant nee Moffett, Davison’s actor daughter and Tennant’s wife who in a further timey-wimey twist played the Doctor’s genetic daughter in Doctor Who, answers the question: How many Time Lords does it take to change a light bulb?
It’s always great to see Five and Ten. But Doctor Who holiday specials have sometimes featured multi-Doctor team-ups, and this one looks less than exciting. But that doesn’t display a lack of adventure ideas, or have anything to do with this year’s skipping of a Thirteenth Doctor Christmas special in favor of a New Year’s Day special instead. Right?
Still, it’s not hard to imagine walking in on this scene and being welcomed warmly and asked “Tea?” like another retired Time Lord, Professor Chronotis, in the lost Douglas Adams Doctor Who episode “Shada.”
