Artist completes Skywalker circle with Denver Comic Con art of Master Luke

Last year, artist and illustrator Joe Corroney created a beautiful Denver Comic Con 2017 tribute poster celebrating Leia Organa, whose alter-ego Carrie Fisher had been scheduled to appear at the convention before her death the previous December.

A royal tribute to Carrie Fisher’s Princess Leia for Denver Comic Con

For this year’s Denver Comic Con, Corroney (who often collaborates with Lucasfilm) is back with a companion piece celebrating Leia’s brother Luke Skywalker. (Thankfully, actor Mark Hamill is still with us to enjoy it.) The art will be available to DCC volunteers and also on display at Corroney’s booth. You can peep it below.

Denver Comic Con will be June 15-17 at the Colorado Convention Center.
