‘Pigeon: Impossible’ takes flight

I just found this short animated film at GeekWeek. It might look like something from Pixar, but it isn’t — it’s the work of first-time animator Lucas Martell, who spent $10,000 and five years on it and has chronicled the process in a weekly podcast.

A rookie secret agent is faced with a problem seldom covered in basic training: what to do when a curious pigeon gets trapped inside your multi-million dollar, government-issued nuclear briefcase.
