Local starlet Emma Stone stars in this week’s new release, Easy A. Drawing heavily from John Hughes 80’s teen comedies, Easy A manages to deliver a surprisingly original teen high school dramedy. With an amazing supporting cast that includes Stanley Tucci, Patricia Clarkson, Thomas Haden Church and Lisa Kudrow, Easy A is likely to become a teen flick favorite.

Aside from a few weak performances and an uncertain “moral of the story,” Easy A is a must see for Hughes fans, teen movie fans and Emma Stone fans alike.
