Doo you want to win

To promote Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Warner Bros. has graciously provided Nerdvana with two Scooby-Doo plush toys (pictured above) that we’re giving away in a trivia contest!

Today and Friday, I’m going to pose two challenging Scooby-Doo trivia questions — one from classic Scooby and the other from the modern Mystery Incorporated. Answer each question by Oct. 24 and 26, respectively, by leaving a comment on the post where I ask the question — and be sure to use a valid email address when you register as a commenter.

I’ll randomly select the winner for each question from all of the entries with correct answers.  The winners will be announced here on Oct. 25 and 27, respectively.  Each winner will receive one Scooby-Doo plush toy after I’ve contacted them by email to arrange delivery.

The legal stuff: Participants must be over 13 years old and residents of the United States, and this site is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulation in connection with the giveaway.

And now, meddling kids, without further a-Doo … the question:

In a classic episode of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! the gang encounters a mummy who has come to life and escaped from a museum exhibit, turning people to stone. What’s strange about the broken glass he leaves in his wake?
