Marvel Studios released new character posters today for Avengers: Endgame. The posters are of each beloved character that fans have grown to love over a course of 10 years and a span of 22 movies.

The posters posted also give more insight on who lived and who didn’t survive Thano’s “Snap.”

Since her breakout role in Thor: Ragnarok, fans have wondered what became of Tessa Thompson’s character Valkyrie. She was not seen at all in Avengers: Infinity War. Fans wondered whether she lived and, if so, did she go on to live after the Snap?Marvel’s poster confirms that Valkyrie, in fact, is alive. There’s no info yet on what her role will be in Endgame.

One sad bit of news was finding out Shuri did not survive the Snap. Yes, folks, Suri the tech genus did not make it. That only adds more fuel to fire: Who will lead Wakanda now? With both T’Challa and Shuri gone, fans have to wonder. The poster is done in a such a heartbreaking manner. The ones who lived are in color. The ones who didn’t live are not in color. The posters give you this eerie, sad feeling. Our heroes truly did lose everything. Our heroes did not win the fight. They lost.

The poster’s each have the same words across them: “Avenge The Fallen.”

One character that did survive Thano’s Snap that got an emotional reaction out of me was seeing Happy Hogan. I’ve always been a huge fan of Happy — his character has always been a personal favorite. Plus, Happy is played by Jon Favreau –the man who started the MCU and directed the first two Iron Man movies. Seeing his character alive and well was pretty emotional for me.

Avengers: Endgame opens April 26. Tickets aren’t on sale yet, but rumor is they will be on April 2.
