Coming June 1-3, 2018, to D&D is something we haven’t really seen before in this hobby: a “three-day livestreamed extravaganza full of cosplay, crazy sets and amazing stories.”
Dubbed The Stream of Many Eyes, this event is sure to provide hours of entertainment and engagement for the Dungeons & Dragons community.
Per Wizards of the Coast, The Stream of Many Eyes starts at 4 p.m. Pacific on Friday, June 1, with a visual tour of the studio led by host Anna Prosser Robinson. Following this, there will be a roundtable conversation with the D&D team on this year’s new storyline and the event will conclude with a Force Grey & Dice, Camera, Action live play session.
The second day starts at 10 a.m. with “all-girl bard band” Sirens of the Realms. Then, there will be games from well-known D&D gaming group Girls, Guts, Glory, Rivals of Waterdeep and Dark & Dicey, playing some stuff from the new storyline wrapping up around 7 p.m. Pacific.
Four groups will perform on Sunday, June 3, when in-person tickets will be available to those in the L.A. area. Games will include members of Critical Role, High Rollers, Force Grey and the entire cast of Dice, Camera, Action. It sounds like plenty of fun for any D&D players or spectators out there. We’ll be watching over here at Nerdvana. How about you?
