Do we really need a video game based on Grey’s Anatomy? Ubisoft thinks we do, and they’re bringing ABC’s primetime medical drama to the Wii, Nintendo DS and PC in March.
According to the developer, the game will feature an original storyline in which players take on the persona of young Seattle Grace Hospital doctors like Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd and Meredith Grey (pictured) whose bedside manner is put to the test.

LONDON, UK – January 7, 2009 – Today Ubisoft announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with ABC Studios to develop a video game based on the acclaimed television drama series “Grey’s Anatomy.” Designed for the Wii™, the Nintendo DS™ and PC Grey’s Anatomy: The Video Game is scheduled for release early 2009.
