Metroid: Samus Returns is coming to Nintendo 3DS Sept. 15.
The surprise title will meld the classic side-scrolling shooter action of the Game Boy’s monochrome Metroid II: Return of Samus with the handheld system’s immersive 3-D visuals and rich colors.
It’s essentially a remake of Metroid II, only an official one this time.
There will, of course, be compatible amiibo.

But that’s not all!
Metroid Prime 4 is officially in development for the Switch console.
By whom and for when is still yet to be announced.
