“The Enemy of the World” and “The Web of Fear,” the two classic Doctor Who stories that have been restored (except for the third episode of the latter, which is re-created with still photos against a soundtrack), are now for sale on iTunes as promised. They will cost you $1.99 per installment, but at six episodes each, you’re better off paying the $9.99 for each serial collection.
If you’re not an iTunes fan, you can look forward to these stories’ release on DVD. The UK gets “The Enemy of the World” in November and “The Web of Fear” in early 2014.
Either way, these stories haven’t been seen in nearly 45 years, and it’s a miracle they exist at all.
