Star Wars Rebels goes deeper into Saw Gerrera’s rift with the Alliance

Old School RPGs - Available Now @ DriveThruRPG.com

Star Wars Rebels’ fourth and final season continues with another two new episodes Monday in “In the Name of the Rebellion.” As the Phoenix Squadron cell marches inexorably toward the events of Rogue One and A New Hope, they also find themselves drawn deeper into the politics that divide the Rebel Alliance.

The Ghost crew must accept a mission to spy on an Imperial outpost they’d rather destroy. After being separated from Hera and Kanan, Ezra and Sabine join the desperate quest of the extremist “partisan” rebel Saw Gerrera to hunt down the Empire’s elusive and secret superweapon — picking up the trail of a quest we first saw clues to in last season’s “Ghosts of Geonosis.”

In Forest Whitaker’s return engagement as Clone Wars hero Gerrera, the Rebel Alliance’s Yavin IV headquarters makes its first Rebels TV appearance, and Mon Mothma and a few other familiar faces (including Captain Rex) also return. Watch an “In the Name of the Rebellion” clip above and see an episode gallery below.

“In the Name of the Rebellion: Parts One and Two” will air Monday at 9 p.m. Eastern/Pacific on Disney XD and 12:01 a.m. Eastern on the DisneyNow app.
