Armin Shimerman, the actor who played the shifty Ferengi barkeep Quark in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and the principal in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, will appear this weekend in the play Copland and Me at the Chandler Center for the Arts.
The play tells the story of American composer Aaron Coplan and his influential friend, Virgil Thomson (Shimerman). It’s part of the center’s same “Rhythms of LIFE” series celebrating historical artists that included Star Trek: Voyager star Robert Picardo earlier this year.
