Peter Weller to accept award at Phoenix Film Festival

Peter WellerPeter Weller, probably best known for his sci-fi movie roles as Robocop and Dr. Buckaroo Banzai as well as a recent stint on TV’s Dexter, will be in the Valley on April 2 to receive the Copper Wing Tribute Award from the Phoenix Film Festival.

Before accepting his award, Weller will take part in a hosted discussion and an audience Q&A.

The 11th Annual Phoenix film Festival takes place at Harkins Scottsdale 101 Theaters located at 7000 E. Mayo Blvd. It now includes the International Horror & Sci-Fi Film Festival, which was once a stand-alone event.
