The FilmBar in Phoenix has teamed up with the Arizona Ghostbusters for a charity event to help the American Diabetes Association’s “Step Out Walk” to stop diabetes. Before the screening of the original Ghostbusters film, on Sunday, June 9, 2013, the AZ Ghostbusters team will be on hand for photos and selling charity raffle tickets for some slime-tacular prizes.
Raffle tickets will sell for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 and the prizes will include a Slimer mask, comics, Ghostbuster t-shirts, a Ghostbusters logo ice-cube tray, a Slimer Jello mold, character plushies, and two FilmBar Barfly cards (a $96 dollar value each.) The drawing will be held prior to the 8:20 p.m. screening on Sunday evening.
