Explore the universe, without leaving Mesa

Mesa Community College PlanetariumDid you know that Mesa has its own full-featured planetarium?

Yeah, neither did I. At least not until Mandy Zajac wrote about a free screening of the film Tour the Universe With Pink Floyd this weekend at the planetarium at Mesa Community College.

The 2-year-old facility seats 53 and isn’t as big as the one at the Arizona Science Center in Phoenix, but it runs the same program — and it’s free, but tickets are first-come, first-served.
