Cult Classics and Zia Records will be holding their first annual “Cine De Los Muertos” mini film festival for this Friday’s Dia de los Muertos holiday. The event will feature a double-bill that includes Sam Raimi’s classic Evil Dead 2 film, starring Bruce Campbell, and the George A. Romero zombie classic Night Of The Living Dead.
Of course the show wouldn’t be complete without all kinds of extra Cult Classic goodies. This time around Victor Moreno will have new limited edition poster-redo art prints of each feature film and a 3rd special event print that is available to those who buy their tickets in advance online.
There will also be complimentary gift bags for the first 50 people at this film event, with each bag featuring items related to the film and other fun & frightful knick knacks. The Cult Classic event bags are extremely popular and are going to go faster than you can say, “Klaatu barada nikto,” so plan to line-up at Pollack Tempe Cinemas starting at 8:30pm (no earlier), on Dia de los Muertos, November 2, 2012.
