PHOENIX – When you think of your childhood, what toys come to mind?
For me, it’s a certain Bruce Lee figure that I carried around everywhere. It had the iconic yellow and black bodysuit, the baggy pants, the white muscle shirt and his favorite weapons, of course.
To this day, that memory has led me to search any toy store I come across. Nothing so far, but I might just get lucky this Saturday in Glendale.
For the 11th year in a row, Arizona Toy Con is happening in the Valley.
At the event, vendors gather to sell toys to collectors and kids, in general.
Admission is only $10 at the door with kids 12 and under free. It runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
So enjoy a weekend in “toytopia” and take home that one toy that always brings a smile to your face.
