We were taken in by a hoax. The tweet we featured last night was from a parody Twitter account, not Nintendo of America — and, yes, we just missed it. Please accept my apologies. We got excited, and in the miasma of multitasking we overlooked obvious clues. While it was marked as a parody account, the tiny disclaimer was overlooked. It looked like a Nintendo tweet.
We will do better. I will do better.
