Which came first, the duck or ‘Inception’?

Atomic Comics says there’s a rumor going around that the plot of the summer sci-fi mindbender Inception eerily resembles that of an Uncle Scrooge comic book by Don Rosa.

Former Tribune television writer Albert Ching explores the issue more deeply over at Newsarama.

But more pressing is this question: Could all the hullabaloo at last give us Scrooge McDuck fans the momentum we need to persuade Disney to dust off the old DuckTales franchise? Hasn’t it been long enough?
