Several names have been added to the guest list of Phoenix Comicon.

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn is an award-winning American voice actress best known for doing voices for anime and video games, including Jagura in Wolf’s Rain, Rosso the Crimson in Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII and Motoko Kusanagi in the critically acclaimed Ghost in the Shell. She’s also the winner of an American Anime Award and a singer, director, and writer who has had guest appearances on Star Trek: Voyager, Quantum Leap and Walker, Texas Ranger.

Also announced: Brian Haberlin and Eric Basaldua, who worked on the popular Witchblade comic while at Top Cow Productions, will attend the con.

Phoenix Comicon will be May 27-30 at the Phoenix Convention Center and Hyatt Regency. Previously announced guests include Daniel Logan, Felicia Day, LeVar Burton, Wil Wheaton, Jonathan Frakes and many, many more.

To drum up excitement for the convention, The Trunk Space will host an audience-participation event combining improv comedy with comic book art April 3 in downtown Phoenix. For more information, visit www.phoenixcomicon.com.
