ABC may have earned the wrath of some sci-fi fans by canceling V (just as it was getting good, I might add), but it keeps some dignity by renewing geek icon Nathan Fillion’s detective dramedy Castle — and by teaming up with Marvel Comics for a graphic novel inspired by the series.
Brian Michael Bendis is on board as a writer for the project. It gives ABC’s owner, Disney, a chance to stretch the possibilities of its recent acquisition of Marvel.
