The nominees for the 2010 Hugo Awards were announced this weekend at Aussiecon 4, the 68th World Science Fiction Convention.
Doctor Who specials in David Tennant’s (pictured) last season received three of the five nominations for best short-form dramatic presentation. The screenplays for Avatar, District 9, Moon, Star Trek and Up are contending for best long-form dramatic presentation.
In the graphic story category, Neil Gaiman’s Batman: Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader? and Fables Vol. 12: The Dark Ages are among the nominees.
