Henry CavillThe new Superman film from director Zack Snyder has its star: Henry Cavill, best known for a role in Showtime’s historical series The Tudors. The British actor also plays Theseus in the upcoming Greek god epic Immortals.

The newest take on the Man of Steel will come from Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures and is being produced by Christopher Nolan (Batman Begins).
