Sheriff Joe Arpaio recently doubled the fines in an effort to catch the punks vandalizing his campaign signs around the Valley, but, in typical Sheriff Joe fashion, that was just the first phase of his plan.  As this strip reveals, America’s Toughest Sheriff will catch those spray can toting crooks by any means necessary!
