A new art book out this fall from Dark Horse will explore design artwork and commentary behind The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

The 424-page oversized hardcover book Creating a Champion, including material from the game’s two DLC packs, features nearly 50 pages of sketches and illustrations from Takumi Wada, 296 pages of design artwork and commentary about the making of the game from the creators, a 55-page historical section that describes the in-game history of Hyrule and interviews with key members of the development team, including Hidemaro Fujibayashi, Satoru Takizawa, Takumi Wada, and Eiji Aonuma. Takumi Wada created the cover artwork.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild — Creating a Champion goes on sale Nov. 20, 2018, retailing for $39.99. It’s the latest in a line of Nintendo-themed Dark Horse art books that includes The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Historia, The Legend of Zelda: Art & Artifacts, The Legend of Zelda Encyclopedia, The Art of Splatoon, and The Art of Fire Emblem: Awakening.
