Phoenix Comicon guest announcements are coming fast and furious.

Last week we learned that Capt. James T. Kirk himself, William Shatner, is the main attraction. Click the link for a full run-down.

This week we hear of a few more:

Gil Gerard and Erin Grey (pictured) from Buck Rogers in the 25th Century will appear, as will Crusade Comics creator Billy Tucci, Phoenix-based sci-fi author Gini Koch and comic book publisher and Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica fantasy author James A. Owen.

From Stargate SG-1, Tony Amendola (Jaffa Master Bra-tac of Chulak) will also appear, along with young adult fiction author Tom Laveen and Bram Stoker Award-winning author Weston Ochse.

UPDATE: Tuesday we learned of a few more guests: Kevin Hearne, author of the Iron Druid Chronicles; Kris Neri, author of magical mysteries High Crimes on the Magical Plane and Magical Alienation; and comic artist-and-writer husband-and-wife team Stuart and Kathryn Immonen. And, rounding out this wave of announcements: Ed Asner, who has appeared as a voice actor in Disney’s Gargoyles and the Disney/PIXAR film Up.

Keep your hailing frequencies tuned to Nerdvana as well as the official Phoenix Comicon website for more guest announcements.
