Life of Pi trailer: Zebras, and tigers, and whales! Oh, my!

The first Life of Pi trailer has been released by Ang Lee and 20th Century Fox – and it looks incredible! This best-selling book by Yann Martel is finally making its way to the big screen and is currently set for a November 21 release in the United States, just in time for the holiday season.

The official convention of The National Association of Theatre Owners raved about the 10 minute teaser they saw for this film last April at CinemaCon and from the look of this amazing new trailer, director Ang Lee has pulled a tiger out of his hat.

This is one of my all-time favorite books and it is highly recommended.I can’t wait for the film and given Lee’s record, this could be the movie of the year – it is certainly one of the most exciting trailers.
