What better way to celebrate our nation’s birth than with Zombie Steampunk Uncle Sam?
Starting today and repeating on Saturday and July 8 (downtown Mesa’s Second Friday street party), Evermore Nevermore will host a “Dead, White & Blue Art Show” from 6 to 10 p.m. at 127 W. Main St.
Next Friday’s event redux of the “patriotically macabre” art exhibition will be accompanied by a zombie bikini contest at 9 p.m. hosted by Amazing Arizona Comics creator Russ Kazmierczak Jr., with prizes for zombie contestants in the categories of meanest, scariest, sexiest, best makeup/costume and best overall bikini beauty.
