Now that Disney has completed its acquisition of Lucasfilm, EW reports that the Disney-owned ABC network is taking a good look at the long-planned live-action television project set in the Star Wars universe.

The series, said to be set between the two film trilogies and center on the criminal underworld, was being developed by Rick McCallum until he parted ways with Lucasfilm quietly during the ownership transition.
